若干、日本語が変わりましたが、直訳すると以下になりますでしょうか。

（日本の）将棋では、棋士の一人が５枚の歩駒を（将棋板の上に）振ります。もし、３枚以上が表を向けば振った人が先手に、３枚以上が裏を向けば

振っていないひとが先手になります。

more then 3は、「３より多い」で「４以上」の意味になってしまいます。

日本語の「３以上」は「more than two」か「3 or more」です。その他は些細な訂正ですが、数については大事です。
